  Update from 2015: The place is continuing their horrible service and practices. They straight ripped me off. I ordered an Italian BMT as a meal, two cookies and a large drink. I was charged $11.20. The sandwich is posted at $6.75/footlong, meal as $2.40, and the drink up charge (price difference between sizes at regular menu price) is $0.40. With the 5.5% sales tax that is only $10.08. Say it was a mistake and rung up as separate items... $6.75, $2 (large drink), and $1.30 (2 cookies)... After tax is $10.60. Even if they magically fell into Madison city with 9% sales tax with everything rung up separately the price would only be $10.96.
  
  At the end of the day I'm not pissed off by the amount, but the audacity for this place ripping off their neighbors is infuriating. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE THEIVES!

  Original review in 2014: I have been here a few times because it is convenient to my house. The service is always slower than other Subways in the area and equipment is run down (soda and ice machine was broken for weeks), but the last straw was one of the workers charged me the wrong price.
  
  A guy dressed like a Lynyrd Skynyrd roadie (not in a uniform... I hope he is the owner) rang me up at the wrong price for the breakfast special. When I told him he rudely said "read the small print on the sign" and when I did I read back to him the sandwich I got was part of the $3 special. He then mumbled that that was the price and walked to the back room and wouldn't come out until I left. Little does this guy know I got the same sandwich the morning before at this location (and a handful of other mornings) at the correct price. To test my theory I got the same order at 3 other Subways at around $3 bucks, not the $6 this guy charged me.
  
  You got a few bucks off of me that time, but you won't get one red cent from me again.

  Service isn't good. Food was really bland and cold even when asked to toast.
  Even though it's the closest subway to me (literally a minute away) I don't go to this one anymore
